Fire Station Fun!
What a busy day! We walked to the fire station and that was a blast! The fireman dressed me up as a fire fighter to show the students that even under all of the equipment is a good and helpful person. Everything was heavier than I though it would be. They even put the oxygen tank on me. What an experience! Check out the pictures.
A Reminder that Monday we are going to the pumpkin patch. Please have your child bring $5 and the permission slip. Once again, sorry for the short notice. Students need to dress for the weather.
Also, we will be making pumpkins out of a roll of toilet paper next week. We make this into a community service project by taking them to Billings Clinic (our partner in education) and to a few of the nursing homes. Please have your child bring two rolls of toilet paper so they can make one to take home and one for the community project.
Have a great mini-vacation!

About Me
Jamie Fleming
This is my 11th year of teaching and my 7th year teaching 1st Grade. Prior to my journey as a 1st Grade teacher, I was a Reading Recovery Teacher and Title I Reading and Math teacher. I have just started pursuing my Library Media Specialist endorsement. I am looking forward to starting a new journey as a library media specialist in the coming years. I am married to my wonderful and supportive husband Curt. We have two children. Aidan is my handsome 5 year old. He is in preschool and loves learning from a teacher and not his mommy. Kiersten Rose is my darling 2 year old girl. She is accomplishing new feats every day and is excited to show off all her new talents.
