We also had a mystery reader this morning. Kenzie's mom Erin surprised our class with a great story about making Christmas memories. The story she read was, Christmas Memories, by Alakai. The Little Red Hen
This week in class, we have been reading stories about helping. One story that we read was The Little Red Hen. In reading groups, three groups worked together to do a readers' theater for The Little Red Hen. They learned to read their parts correctly and then worked on being able to read it fluently. I'm so proud of our class' first readers' theater. The video is too large to post at this time. I will edit it down next week at school and post it.
